Food and Migration

Through migration, the cuisine in our home countries and regions has changed greatly over the past 50 years. Migrants have brought food and recipes with them, which have been adopted by the locals and are now part of the national or regional cuisine, which is much more varied than it used to be.

The following pages show the results of research that students in the various schools participating in the project have undertaken, plus a number of recipes which were originally "foreign" but are now popular in the respective countries.
